Poste proposé : Group Procurement Manager - Abidjan Netis Group is currently looking for a Procument Manager to join its team. As Group Procurment Manager, you will be in charge of :
- Collecting the specific requests for materials/Services from the requester with all needed details
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility ; Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Prospection of new sources / suppliers/manufacturers for different item categories
- Consolidating group items purchasing within all affiliates and launch RFPs
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals in accordance with the fixed terms of payment.
- Creating NETIS Holding price book/Catalogue for items and services to help budgeting and sales and make sure prices are lower than selling prices with at least 20%
- Creating POs through NETPRO and following the approval process and submitting POs to suppliers
- Checking the orders received in each NETIS affiliates and follow up the delivery.
- Create the request/Purchasing tracker which will include the situation of the request from request date till closing it
- Prequalify and Creating supplier data base in NETPRO
- Following up on all importing process & Freights calculations and duties arrangements
- Filing the work documents to be reference for all deliverables for local/Import issues.
- Providing the required support to all Netis affiliates
This position in located in Abidjan/ Ivory Coast and requires frequent travel.
