Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department. 

The talent acquisition specialist will be in charge of sourcing potential candidates through various channels and managing interviews and selection procedures.

Main responsibilities : 

• Coordinate with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
• Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles and requirements for vacant positions
• Source potential candidates through online channels 
• Plan interview and selection procedures : screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Prepare hiring forecasts by department
• Develop hiring strategies and procedures
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar.
• At least 4 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar.
• Experience in hiring top management profils in the telecommunications industry.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent Frensh & English.
