Fleet & Fuel Analyst

The Fleet & Fule Analyst's primary purpose is to ensure an efficient implementation and usage of both Fuel and Fleet softwares, consolidate and analyze data for decision making and approval.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train teams on the usage of Fuel and Fleet softwares
• Ensures an efficient usage of Fuel and Fleet softwares
• Follow-up on data sharing within defined timelines
• Provide support and coaching to local Fuel and Fleet Managers to improve integrity of data input to support F&F reporting
• Check data accuracy and reliability
• Perform regular compliance audits to enforce and improve reporting accuracy and reliability
• Validate and approve subsidiaries reporting.
• Consolidate group Fuel and Fleet reports
• Providing input/ advice for the development of robust and consistent metrics, inclusive of lead and lag performance indicators, which provide effective and consistent tracking of F&F performance against its objectives
• Consistently follow-up 2023 Fuel and Fleet Data room ensuring recording all evidence
• Provide recommendations that support development of effective strategic or operational plans and programs
• Ensure regular follow-up on Vehicles tracking
• Monthly follow-up with subsidiaries on IVMS rates corresponding action plans
• Train local F&F managers/coordinators
• Ensure monthly data is reliable shared on time by local F&F managers/coordinators

• 1 to 2 years as a Software administrator with strong data analysis skills
• BAC+3/License degree in Data analysis
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Access…)
• Database management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/French
• Reporting writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Result Oriented.
