SHERQ Analyst

We are looking for a Junior SHERQ Analyst to join our team and reinforce the SHERQ Department. 

The SHERQ Analyst's primary purpose is to manage, analyse and maintain NETIS's data relating to all aspects of SHERQ.

This role includes the collection and analysis of data from various sources, the creation of reports, and the consolidation of Group data.

Main responsibilities :

• Comply with NETIS SHERQ policies and procedures
• Support subsidiaries with regard to the new SHERQ performance system manual and calculations (training, explanations sessions....).
• Follow-up SHERQ reporting process and related timelines.
• Enforce and improve reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Validate and approve subsidiaries reporting.
• Consistently follow-up Long term SHERQ Data room ensuring recording all evidence under dedicated E-platforms.
• Provide recommendations that support development of effective strategic or operational plans and programs.
•  Improve the quality of proposed corrective actions
• Monitor validated targets achievement.
• Providing support and coaching to key internal stakeholders to improve integrity of data input to support H&S reporting.                                                                
• Providing input/ advice for the development of robust and consistent metrics, inclusive of lead and lag performance indicators, which provide effective and consistent tracking of H&S performance against its objectives.   
• Provide support to SHERQ F&F to improve the integrated management systems (Issuing of new Policies & Procedures, versioning, review of existing Policies & Procedures).
• Providing support to SHERQ F&F coordinator to conduct annual Third-party audits.                     

• 1 year experience in a similar role within an international environment, preferably in Africa, will be appreciated.
• Minimum Bac+4 in Engineering/Quality/HSE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/French
• Very good skills in MS Office (Excel, word, PPT…)
• Reporting writing skills
